Clarence Atkins

Clarence Atkins began his creative training at Chicago's renowned Art Institute. He soon developed his talent for faux finish painting and worked on decorative arts projects for the next twelve years in the Chicago area.

Clarence relocated to San Fransisco, where he worked on high-profile assignments such as restoration painting of the Victorian landmark “Painted Ladies”. At that time he completed his training in the ancient technique of Italian Plaster at Atlanta's School of Italian Plaster, including workshops in Venice, Verona, Rome and Florence, Italy. He is a Certified Venetian Plaster Applicator – issued in Verona, Italy by the Safra Colors Decoration Academy.

Clarence currently works out of Miami where he has had the opportunity to transform interiors and exteriors for cruise ships, restaurants and celebrity mansions. These experiences continue to add to his expertise in achieving the most beautiful and sophisticated techniques imaginable.
